How long does the process take?
We do our best to completely process returns within 7 business days of the date they arrive at our facility.
How can I expect to receive my refund?
Your refund will be applied to the original payment method, if product is returned within 30 days. Returns received after 30 days may either be credited on the original payment method if still accessible, or a check will be issued and mailed. Returns on an order over 90 days old, will be issued a merchandise credit. If you do not have a receipt or proof of purchase, you will be issued a merchandise credit for the last sale price of the item. Refunds are made to the original purchaser only.
Don’t want to use the online process?
Call us during our Customer Service hours. Please have the order number, name and brewery name, so we can locate your order quickly.
Large items, such as a Grain Mill will need special return arrangements. Please call Customer Service for help in these cases.
We guarantee everything we sell through our store. Brewery Vessels fabricated in our shop carry a separate Warranty via a Purchase Agreement. If you are not satisfied with one of our on-line store products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please return it to us, no questions asked. We can complete a repair, replacement/exchange or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge. Our Grain Mill carries a three year warranty, and may have been included with a Warranty-Purchase agreement if purchased with other vessel equipment.
